Berryessa Gap Winery Taiwanese Dinner

This year’s collaboration with Berryessa Gap Winery was a Taiwanese Dinner for one of four International Dinner events at their estate winery.

 

It’s always a pleasure working with Corrine Martinez and her team as they push against the conventional norms and encourage creativity on the food and wine pairings. We also had to get creative to steam the xiao long bao, braise the 3-cup chicken and stir-fried the shrimp for the lettuce cups and the baby bok choy…all using paella pans as I don’t have large woks or steamers for serving 75. 🥳



Months of planning, testing, wine pairing trials paid off with lots of happy and appreciative guests. Having a great crew that made it all happen like clockwork was definitely the key to the success of the event!
